We recently completed a high-quality care home designed to support a range of care disciplines, combining practical performance with a modern, welcoming appearance.

The development features pitched roofs finished with smooth grey tiles, giving the building a clean and contemporary look that complements its residential setting. Flat roof areas were constructed using a high-performance single ply system, ensuring long-term durability and reliable weather protection.

In addition to its core roofing elements, the project incorporates thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, including paved terraces for residents and staff, as well as sedum green roof areas. These features not only enhance the visual appeal of the building but also contribute to sustainability and biodiversity.
